f Francis Adolphus Reynell late of 62 Wiltshire Road Brixton in the Co
unty of Surrey who died 15th February 1889 at 62 Wiltshire Road was p
oved at the Principal Registry by Mary Ann Reynell of 62 Wiltshire Ro
ad Widow the sole Executor Francis's brother Edward (Nicholas) Wido
w was the benificiary of his estate. This is the last Will and Testam
ent of me Francis Adophus Reynell of No 62 Wiltshire Road Brixton in t
he county of Surrey. In the first place I direct the payment of my ju
st debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses as soon after my dec
ease as conveniently may be, And as to all my estate and effects whats
oever situate and howsoever secured and whether in possession reversio
remainder of expectancy which I may be seised of possessed of intere
sted in or entitled to at the time of my deceace or which I may have p
ower to appoint or dispose of by this my will. I give devise appoin
t and bequeath the same unto and to the use of my daughter in law Mar
y Ann Reynell for her own use and benefit absolutely. I nominate an
d appoint my said daughter in Law Mary Ann Reynell sole Executrix of t
his my will. Lastly I revoke all and other wills by me at any time mad
e and executed and do declare this only to be my last will and testame
t. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth da

y deceased, who died on the 15th February 1889 at No 62 Wiltshire Roa
d aforesaid was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registr
y of her Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that Administration of t
he personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid C
ourt to Mary Ann Reynell of No 62 Wiltshire Road aforesaid Widow (Reli
ct of Testator's son Nicholas Edward Adolphus Reynell) the Sole Execut
ix named in the said Will she having been first sworn well and faithf
