• Notes

  Henry was agent to his brother Luke and was Sub Sheriff of Killieugr w hen his Cousin, Flood was High Sheriff. His son John was convicted o f Manslaughter in Maryboro on 23 March 1824 and sentenced to life, par doned in 1827. Henry was a resident of Banis Co. Donegal in 1824 whe he petitioned the Gov. on John's behalf. It was stated "I have bee in the army for 48 Years".
